Leads the organization’s donor CRM strategy, architecture, data structure, move management pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. Trains advancement staff, supervises the Advancement Services Coordinator, and ensures accurate gift entry, acknowledgments, and data hygiene. Coordinates content scheduling with marketing and media partners, supports donor-relations operations, and prepares analysis for the Vice President of Advancement and Board presentations. Manages CRM implementation coordination with Bloomerang and maintains workflows that strengthen personalized donor relationships.

Builds and stewards congregational, pastoral, corporate, and community partnerships across Georgia (focus on CSRA) to fund and support Murphy-Harpst programs. Leads church engagement strategy, recruits and coordinates volunteers, represents the organization publicly, maintains CRM donor records, and collaborates with advancement staff to ensure donor stewardship and territory alignment.

Contract role to update Child Care Institution policies to Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) standards and add community group home policies, and to prepare and complete Residential Child Care Licensing (RCCL) applications for two projects. 3-6 month contract, paid per hour or per completion.
