The RN Traveler for the NICU will provide care in a positive and supportive environment, work flexible assignments, and participate in clinical decision-making.

Facilitate and support Lean-based process improvement initiatives across the health system. Lead or assist improvement events, collect and analyze data, apply A3 thinking and project management, and communicate project status to multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical and operational processes.
