Serves as the strategic relationship manager for a designated region within a healthcare physician network. Builds relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and practice staff; supports provider engagement, referral performance, network growth, and market strategy. Manages a regional portfolio independently, collaborates with system leaders and service lines, analyzes referral and access data, and executes initiatives that improve provider experience and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Provides registered nursing care as part of Munson Healthcare’s internal traveler team in seasonal or flexible assignments. Nurses practice across acute-care specialties, participate in clinical decision-making, mentor and educate colleagues, advocate for patients, and contribute to quality improvement. The role requires a Michigan RN license, recent specialty experience, BLS certification, and additional specialty-specific certifications where applicable.

Provides registered nursing care through flexible, seasonal internal traveler assignments across acute-care specialties. Nurses deliver compassionate patient care, participate in clinical decision-making, mentor and educate colleagues, advocate for patients, and support quality improvement. Requirements vary by department and include Michigan RN licensure, recent specialty experience, BLS, and additional certifications for critical care, emergency, NICU, maternity, long-term care, home health, and behavioral health positions.
