Provide front-desk WIC program support: screen applicants, schedule appointments, issue food benefits, verify eligibility, maintain records, process correspondence and faxes, assist with outreach and training, and deliver culturally competent, bilingual customer service.

Mentor staff, migrate BI data to Snowflake, install patches, and support high-availability and recovery planning.

Provide front-desk patient and public service in a busy clinic: greet visitors, schedule appointments in Epic, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, route documents, track release of information, coordinate with clinical staff, resolve insurance issues, and prepare records for scanning while ensuring accurate registration and interpreter requests.

Perform accounts payable/receivable, cash handling, AIC trust account processing, bank deposits, journal entries, financial reporting, travel coordination and related fiscal support using Workday and internal systems. Provide customer service, auditing support, and backup for the Travel Coordinator while ensuring compliance with policies.

The Physician will provide comprehensive primary medical care, promote health, and prevent disease in a community setting, particularly for underserved populations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, conducting health assessments, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

The EFDA will assist Dentists and Dental Hygienists with clinical duties, manage infection control, and provide excellent patient service. Responsibilities include performing 4 handed dentistry and ensuring necessary supplies and equipment are available.

Manage complex capital improvement projects for bridges, including design, permitting, and construction. Requires leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

Lead preparation of annual financial statements and support the annual audit; monitor month-end and year-end close, internal controls, and financial data integrity; provide technical accounting consultation; streamline processes; develop and implement policies and training; and assist county finance staff with governmental accounting, reporting, and Workday system controls.

Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; perform complex financial and operational analysis; monitor program budgets for compliance; assess risks and recommend corrective actions; develop training, cost/benefit and benchmarking studies; advise senior leadership and support grant/funding reporting.

Provide case management for children and adults with developmental disabilities: manage caseloads, develop and monitor Individual Service Plans, coordinate services and providers, complete TXIX waiver assessments and updates, maintain records, report protective concerns, liaise with schools and licensing, use Tableau for task monitoring, and prepare routine and special reports.

Provide community supervision and case management for justice-involved individuals using evidence-based practices (EPICS, motivational interviewing). Conduct field investigations, arrests, transports, crisis intervention, report writing, and collaborate with community partners. Complete training and certifications, manage caseloads, and promote public safety through behavior change.
