Lead and manage the Workday HCM team to align Workday solutions with business requirements. Oversee configuration, reporting, projects, business analysis, maintenance, and continuous improvement across HR functional areas (payroll, compensation, talent, recruiting, core HR, time, absence, benefits, learning).
