Supports Fleet Services finance functions, including motor pool, mileage, and fuel data entry. The role requires accurate, deadline-driven work, multitasking, and compliance with applicable financial policies and laws.

Screens and investigates Adult Protective Services referrals involving adults with mental health concerns. Conducts abuse and risk assessments, interviews, safety planning, death reviews, clinical documentation, and care coordination. Makes referrals and recommendations, engages crisis services, collaborates with internal and external providers, evaluates allegations under Oregon Administrative Rules, and supports client welfare while protecting confidential health information. Participates in supervision, training, meetings, and quality improvement activities.

Supervise Multnomah County’s Vector Control and Code Enforcement unit, leading staff, allocating resources, managing budgets, developing procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide expertise in vector-borne disease surveillance and integrated pest management; oversee investigations, public communications, grants, and program improvements. Coordinate disease investigations and emergency responses, represent Environmental Health Services with stakeholders, and participate in policy initiatives, community workgroups, and advisory boards.

Provide community supervision and case management for justice-involved individuals using evidence-based practices (EPICS, motivational interviewing). Conduct field investigations, arrests, transports, crisis intervention, report writing, and collaborate with community partners. Complete training and certifications, manage caseloads, and promote public safety through behavior change.

Provides litigation support for the County Attorney’s Office, managing case files, legal research, pleadings, subpoenas, calendars, witnesses, discovery, eDiscovery reviews, document productions, trial exhibits, and courtroom technology. The role drafts legal documents, prepares research memoranda, coordinates litigation activities, supports attorneys during trials, and improves legal technology workflows. Required qualifications include paralegal certification or an approved bachelor’s degree, two years of litigation paralegal experience, and eDiscovery expertise or certification.

Lead administration and modernization of on-prem MS SQL Server environments and cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake). Manage backups, performance tuning, security, ETL/SSIS, and BI platform support (Tableau, Power BI, SSRS). Mentor staff, migrate BI data to Snowflake, install patches, and support high-availability and recovery planning.

The Physician will provide comprehensive primary medical care, promote health, and prevent disease in a community setting, particularly for underserved populations.
