Provide eligibility determinations for cash, food, and medical benefits by interviewing applicants, accessing multiple computer systems, applying Oregon Administrative Rules, and issuing benefits timely. Work with older adults and persons with disabilities, document cases, and deliver compassionate customer service across county branches.

Lead design, development, testing, and support of HMIS and Health & Human Services applications. Build data solutions, ETL pipelines, databases, interfaces, and web components; gather requirements, design architectures, ensure change control, troubleshoot, and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and support multi-tier Microsoft .NET applications for county services. Perform systems analysis, design, coding, database development, automated builds/deploys, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Work with stakeholders, follow Agile practices, and ensure security/compliance.
