Leads front-office operations for a culturally responsive social services program. Supports clients, manages complex scheduling, interprets and translates Spanish and English, directs office assistant staff, coordinates administrative projects and community events, maintains databases and inventory, manages purchasing, liaises with facilities and partners, troubleshoots operational issues, and provides training and operational updates.

Lead early childhood mental health consultation projects and supervise Preschool For All interns. Manage project plans, clinical workflows, contracts, budgets, schedules, compliance, stakeholder engagement, field observations, and service quality. Provide clinical consultation, mentorship, performance management, and evidence-based program guidance while analyzing operational data and improving referral and care-coordination systems. Partner with county teams and community organizations to advance equitable, trauma-informed early childhood services.

Leads Multnomah County’s Juvenile Services Division, overseeing a $26 million budget, juvenile detention, community supervision, staff safety, and services for justice-involved youth and families. Directs senior management, advances trauma-informed and equity-focused reforms, manages partnerships and union relationships, supports policy and budget decisions, and ensures operational excellence across 24/7 detention and community programs.
