Provide community supervision and case management for justice-involved individuals using evidence-based practices (EPICS, motivational interviewing). Conduct field investigations, arrests, transports, crisis intervention, report writing, and collaborate with community partners. Complete training and certifications, manage caseloads, and promote public safety through behavior change.

Supervise a team of Preschool Specialists to manage the Preschool for All mixed-delivery system. Oversee provider support, contract compliance, policy development, equity-centered initiatives, complaint resolution, partnership building, and operational systems to ensure program quality and responsiveness to families and providers, with a focus on racial justice and provider success.

Provide outreach and eligibility support for individuals applying or redetermining for I/DD services. Maintain caseloads, conduct intake and redetermination interviews (including for children), complete home and community visits, staff weekly drop-in sessions, process and upload paperwork, document client interactions, and connect clients to community resources and partner agencies. Must be fluent in Spanish; language testing required.
