Ship reliable production code, set architecture and observability standards, mentor engineers, and partner with tax professionals to ensure correctness and scalability across firms.

Lead Onside's tax offering for fast-growing UK tech clients, owning portfolios and delivering advice on transfer pricing, EMI, EIS/SEIS, VAT and corporate tax. Produce reports, filings and HMRC submissions, review returns, undertake technical research, support restructurings and remuneration planning, and build client relationships while improving processes, automation and delivery in a remote, technology-led environment.

Lead a small engineering sub-pod while remaining hands-on: scope and deliver workflow automation for tax or corporate accounting, hire and develop ~2 engineers, engage clients to validate solutions, set technical direction, and coordinate across pods to ship reliable, compliant, client-facing systems rapidly.
