Design automotive mechanisms and components from concept through high-volume production. Create 3D CAD models, GD&T drawings, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, tolerance stack-ups, and engineering calculations. Lead virtual and physical validation, support DFM, DFA, and value analysis, collaborate with electronics, software, quality, and manufacturing teams, assemble prototypes, communicate with OEM customers, and improve product performance and design processes.

Serves as the front-office contact for employees, applicants, visitors, vendors, and contractors while supporting Human Resources administration. Responsibilities include phone and visitor management, data entry, recordkeeping, attendance tracking, scheduling, document preparation, office supply inventory, travel coordination, I-9 compliance, and confidential HR file maintenance. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Coordinates equipment maintenance and reliability activities across a manufacturing facility. Analyzes performance data, schedules preventive and corrective maintenance, manages work orders, conducts root cause analyses, allocates resources, maintains records, ensures safety compliance, and drives continuous improvement. The role collaborates with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
