Own the mCloud user experience and customer-facing workflows by building performant React dashboards for fleet topology, sensor telemetry, alerts, gateway management, and cross-organization administration. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver intuitive workflows, integrate GraphQL and REST services, use AI-assisted development tools, and improve reliability, observability, testing, and UI performance.

Leads the Manufacturing Engineering team and oversees new product launches, manufacturing process development, tooling, documentation, and production readiness. Supports existing products through quality, cost, delivery, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, and contract manufacturers while supporting capacity planning and international factory activities.

Drive new business development for MultiTech’s IoT connectivity solutions by prospecting enterprise and mid-market accounts, building pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating complex deals, and closing revenue. The role targets new customers and partners across multiple industries, requires consultative technology sales expertise, CRM discipline, forecasting, product demonstrations, competitive analysis, and extensive travel. Success includes five net-new logos and $10 million in annual closed revenue.

Leads MultiTech’s global sourcing strategy and supply chain architecture. Oversees supplier selection, cost optimization, risk mitigation, purchasing, supplier development, contract manufacturing partnerships, continuity planning, audits, and shortage allocation strategies. Drives cross-functional transformation with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams while improving cost, lead time, quality, customer experience, and tariff mitigation.

Own technical positioning of IoT products by explaining product differentiators, creating technical collateral, and developing demonstrations. Support customers, partners, sales, marketing, product management, and engineering through technical workshops, RFPs, benchmarking, troubleshooting, product launches, training, and competitive analysis. The role requires customer-facing sales engineering experience, IoT expertise, strong English and German communication skills, and willingness to travel for field and marketing activities.

Develop and execute B2B channel marketing programs that increase partner engagement, generate demand, and grow channel revenue. Manage partner marketing plans, MDF programs, co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, communications, sales enablement assets, and performance reporting. Collaborate with Channel Sales and Marketing teams supporting distributors, system integrators, resellers, and ecosystem partners. Track KPIs including lead generation, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, partner engagement, and channel-sourced revenue.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for LoRaWAN modules and custom sensor applications using Arm Cortex-M microcontrollers, STM32, Mbed OS, and Zephyr RTOS. Responsibilities include LoRaWAN MAC and protocol compliance, board support, device drivers, hardware bring-up, automated testing, bootloaders, FOTA infrastructure, power optimization, and customer-specific applications.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, performance analysis, and executive reporting. Partners with operations, supply chain, commercial, and product teams on costing, margins, working capital, capital investments, and product profitability. Oversees ERP optimization, dashboards, cash-flow forecasting, and M&A analysis and integration while building scalable finance capabilities for a manufacturing-driven business.
