Lead daily care and presentation of houseplants and patio tropicals in the greenhouse. Train and delegate team tasks, support customers, manage watering, spacing, replenishment, FIFO practices, plant loss prevention, and sales-floor signage. Provide plant expertise while maintaining customer service standards and brand presentation. The role requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and working in varied weather conditions.

Support Category Manager by managing orders, maintaining product and assortment data, creating planograms and displays, monitoring sales and inventory, resolving invoice and inventory issues, and assisting with reporting and item maintenance to execute merchandising strategies and support Pro customers.
