Lead daily greenhouse operations for herbs, vegetables, edibles, and garden supplies. Support customer service, training, delegation, replenishment, delivery flow, backstock organization, and salesfloor presentation. Maintain inventory freshness through FIFO processes and ensure accurate signage and pricing. Work collaboratively in varied weather while lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Lead daily care and presentation of houseplants and patio tropicals in the greenhouse. Train and delegate team tasks, support customers, manage watering, spacing, replenishment, FIFO practices, plant loss prevention, and sales-floor signage. Provide plant expertise while maintaining customer service standards and brand presentation. The role requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and working in varied weather conditions.
