Manage wholesale sales and commercial activities for South Sudan FibreCo’s fixed connectivity infrastructure. The role develops sales strategies, account plans, market analyses, forecasts, pricing inputs, and business cases to grow revenue from internal and external customers. Responsibilities include executive relationship management, customer lifecycle oversight, service delivery coordination, supplier and technical-team collaboration, customer satisfaction, billing and collections, sales-team performance, and achievement of financial targets across a multicultural, multinational environment.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams in designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable FinTech applications. Responsibilities include full-stack development, backend and frontend architecture, API and microservices integration, payment and wallet systems, transaction processing, KYC/AML, settlement, digital onboarding, regulatory compliance, secure coding, sprint management, code reviews, mentoring, and translating business goals into technical delivery plans.

Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations, forecasts, budgets, internal and external reporting, IFRS compliance, intercompany accounting, audit support, covenant reporting, and merger and acquisition accounting. The role also supports finance transformation, reporting systems, master data requirements, continuous improvement, risk analysis, and collaboration with operating companies and finance teams across the Group.

Supports category sourcing and procurement for business services by preparing sourcing calendars, RFx documents, scopes, evaluations, and compliance documentation. Conducts market research, assists with supplier negotiations and selection, manages sourcing timelines, tracks savings, supports contracts and supplier engagement, and identifies process improvements. Collaborates with demand planning, finance, stakeholders, and strategic category leads while contributing to sustainable procurement and category strategy development.

Leads MTN Cameroon’s enterprise IT and digital strategy, aligning technology investments, architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, operations, and innovation with corporate objectives. Oversees budgets, vendors, risk management, business continuity, project delivery, governance, and service quality. Drives digital transformation through AI, cloud, automation, IoT, and emerging technologies while improving customer experience, operational efficiency, shareholder value, and organizational capability. Provides executive leadership, develops IT talent, and represents the company with regulators, industry bodies, partners, and national stakeholders.
