Manages and develops an engineering team, establishes governance, monitors KPIs and budgets, mitigates delivery risks, and drives continuous improvement and customer-focused business transformation.

Executes revenue assurance strategies, reconciles revenue streams and billing data, monitors collection accuracy, identifies revenue leakage, and develops recovery metrics. Designs and evaluates primary and secondary controls, analyzes data using SQL and reporting tools, creates executive reports, supports system and process changes, and collaborates with Marketing, Product, IT, and Operations to improve revenue protection and control effectiveness.
