Lead implementation and maintenance of MTNSA's Information Security Management System. Develop security strategy, governance, policies and standards; manage vendor relationships and SLAs; oversee security tools and incident response; drive design reviews, risk assessments, audits and compliance for telco systems (OSS/BSS, network platforms). Responsible for budgeting, project delivery, team leadership, and aligning IS objectives with MTN Group strategy.

Design, build, manage and optimize Microsoft 365/O365 infrastructure (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Provide technical support, security controls (MFA, conditional access, DLP), automation, capacity planning, backup/DR, vendor and contract input, and ensure governance, compliance and high availability across infrastructure projects.

Lead consumer segment strategy and product propositions to drive ARPU, reduce churn, and grow revenue across Youth, HVC, Mass Market, Home and Post-paid. Own segment lifecycle, retention, upsell/cross-sell, and One MTN Fintech integrations. Use data and customer insights to develop propositions, manage campaigns, partner with Brand, Sales, BI, Pricing and Technology, and lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
