Provide commercial contract drafting, negotiation, lifecycle and risk management support for designated MTN business units. Prepare and conclude standard agreements, support product terms, monitor milestones and renewals, report contract status, liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and advise on contract governance, tenders and NDAs to mitigate legal risk.

Lead implementation and maintenance of MTNSA's Information Security Management System. Develop security strategy, governance, policies and standards; manage vendor relationships and SLAs; oversee security tools and incident response; drive design reviews, risk assessments, audits and compliance for telco systems (OSS/BSS, network platforms). Responsible for budgeting, project delivery, team leadership, and aligning IS objectives with MTN Group strategy.

Design, build, manage and optimize Microsoft 365/O365 infrastructure (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Provide technical support, security controls (MFA, conditional access, DLP), automation, capacity planning, backup/DR, vendor and contract input, and ensure governance, compliance and high availability across infrastructure projects.
