Supports the development, commercialization, enhancement, and lifecycle management of MTN’s B2B product portfolio. Monitors performance, profitability, market trends, customer adoption, and competitor activity while identifying opportunities for innovative enterprise products and ICT services. Coordinates cross-functional implementation teams, supports product roadmaps, business cases, go-to-market execution, governance, and compliance, and prepares performance reports and recommendations for management.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial account reconciliation, deal feasibility analysis, revenue model reviews, dashboard management, risk tracking, activity-based costing, financial reporting, and OPEX issue resolution. Collaborates with information systems teams and stakeholders to meet reporting requirements and provide financial analytics for management decisions.

Provides in-person customer support for MTN products and services, processes customer requests and system transactions, manages cases and turnaround metrics, protects subscriber data, escalates issues, handles payments and credit inquiries, supports warranty repairs, installs software, and identifies billing or customer-impacting problems.
