Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer, market, competitive, and industry research for agriculture and animal protein software products. Translate findings into actionable insights, personas, reports, visualizations, business cases, and roadmap recommendations. Partner with product, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to validate prototypes, assess usability, understand adoption barriers, and support product-market fit. Maintain a centralized repository of customer and market intelligence.

Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, integration, stress, and volume testing. Design and document test cases, audit results, identify and track defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams on resolution. The role requires participation in Agile/Scrum processes, familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps, and potential contribution to AI-driven test automation initiatives.
