Manage strategic business development initiatives, client delivery, commercial packaging, product-market fit, and revenue and profitability growth.

Drive adoption and commercial growth of MSCI indexes across wealth management firms, ETFs, Direct Index SMAs, and model portfolios in the Western United States. Build senior relationships with investment and product leaders, explain index methodologies and applications, support ETF and SMA launches, originate subscription and analytics opportunities, and use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve client engagement.

Build Python automation and AI-assisted workflows for climate and ESG data collection, transformation, quality assurance, anomaly detection, and reporting. Integrate LLM tools into operational processes, validate outputs, maintain dashboards, resolve data integrity issues, document improvements, and train analysts. The role supports scalable, auditable data operations across global company disclosures, vendor feeds, and public filings.

Manage institutional client relationships and drive revenue growth for MSCI Index, S&C, and Analytics solutions in Taiwan. Responsibilities include business development, renewals, sales campaigns, proposals, product presentations, pipeline forecasting, market research, and client engagement. The role collaborates with regional and global Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Research, and Product teams, and requires fluent Mandarin and English.

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for GP Sales Enablement and Daily Pricing capabilities within MSCI’s private wealth solutions. Engage private equity, private credit, and secondary-market GPs; translate valuation research into product and technical specifications; define pricing architecture, APIs, data pipelines, governance, and audit trails; and partner with engineering, research, client coverage, sales, and marketing to deliver integrated, client-ready products.

Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI systems for financial and alternative data, including multimodal ML pipelines, NLP, LLMs, computer vision, deep learning, and conversational AI. Lead MLOps, model deployment, observability, RAG, semantic search, and continuous learning initiatives. Collaborate with product and research teams, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and advance AI-driven financial analytics solutions.

Administer and modernize Oracle databases across production, non-production, disaster recovery, on-premises, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include installation, upgrades, patching, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, Data Guard, RMAN backup and recovery, security, migrations, and automation. Provides first-tier support to institutional clients on risk analytics and benchmark products. Own international tax compliance and reporting for a portfolio of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
