Drive new business sales for MSCI’s private assets solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Build relationships with institutional investors, private equity, private debt, and infrastructure clients; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding; maintain forecasts and CRM records; represent MSCI at industry events; and collaborate with product, research, relationship management, and client service teams.

Supports global index research and development through data preparation, validation, analysis, index reviews, rebalances, methodology testing, documentation, reporting, and dashboard updates. Uses AI-assisted tools and automation scripts to streamline data collection, cleaning, summarization, and analytical workflows. Collaborates with global stakeholders and internal teams, contributes to AI model development and governance, and helps identify scalable process improvements for index research.

Negotiate complex technology, data, SaaS, financial product licensing, managed services, and redistribution agreements. Develop contract templates and provisions for new products, advise on IP and commercial matters, collaborate globally across legal and business teams, and adopt AI tools to improve legal workflows. Manage multiple deals and projects while building strong client relationships and supporting additional legal initiatives.
