Perform roadway and highway design, lead projects from concept to completion, review technical plans, mentor junior designers, and manage day-to-day project activities while ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

Lead roadway design and plan preparation for highway and local road projects, manage project schedules and budgets, perform quality assurance, mentor junior staff, develop proposals, maintain client relationships, and manage scope and contract changes within a collaborative transportation team.

Coordinate permitting across multiple projects by researching jurisdiction processes and timelines, tracking permit progress, communicating impacts to clients and internal teams, and recording permitting data. Work with architects, engineers, and project leaders to align expectations and ensure permitting milestones are met.

Coordinate and produce compliant, compelling proposals by managing schedules, gathering and editing content, designing layouts, maintaining proposal databases, researching clients, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to a Senior Project Manager on a large, multi-year water program. Track action items, manage project documentation, support financial tracking and billing, prepare meeting materials and minutes, maintain project systems and tracking tools (Smartsheet, Deltek), assist with public meeting preparation and stakeholder communications, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants.

Produce technical architectural drawings, details, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD and FormIt; perform design calculations, cost quantification, drafting, report preparation, and limited field work; prepare production documents with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; collaborate with project teams and perform quality checks prior to peer review.
