Lead multidisciplinary commercial building design projects, produce and check high-quality Revit/AutoCAD documents, coordinate technical teams, monitor production hours and budgets, prepare estimates and reports, mentor staff, and perform fieldwork as needed.

Coordinate and produce compliant, compelling proposals by managing schedules, gathering and editing content, designing layouts, maintaining proposal databases, researching clients, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

Support Building Systems team with technical production of plans, sections, elevations, and details. Perform drafting and plan development in Revit/AutoCAD/FormIt, quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, report prep, and occasional field work. Assist project leaders to align client and technical design standards, produce high-quality documents, and collaborate across disciplines in a team environment.

Lead municipal projects from planning through design and implementation; manage client relationships and funding procurement; oversee design tasks, QA/QC, budgets, schedules; supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff; support business development and expand municipal services across the region.

Produce technical architectural drawings, details, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD and FormIt; perform design calculations, cost quantification, drafting, report preparation, and limited field work; prepare production documents with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; collaborate with project teams and perform quality checks prior to peer review.

Lead roadway design and plan preparation for highway and local road projects, manage project schedules and budgets, perform quality assurance, mentor junior staff, develop proposals, maintain client relationships, and manage scope and contract changes within a collaborative transportation team.
