Provide administrative support to executives and business units including document drafting and control, meeting and travel coordination, billing/project admin (WBS, invoices), permitting assistance, expense reporting, reception coverage, and confidential handling of company and project information.

Coordinate permitting across multiple projects by researching jurisdiction processes and timelines, tracking permit progress, communicating impacts to clients and internal teams, and recording permitting data. Work with architects, engineers, and project leaders to align expectations and ensure permitting milestones are met.

Lead municipal projects from planning through design and implementation; manage client relationships and funding procurement; oversee design tasks, QA/QC, budgets, schedules; supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff; support business development and expand municipal services across the region.

Lead roadway design and plan preparation for highway and local road projects, manage project schedules and budgets, perform quality assurance, mentor junior staff, develop proposals, maintain client relationships, and manage scope and contract changes within a collaborative transportation team.

Produce technical architectural drawings, details, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD and FormIt; perform design calculations, cost quantification, drafting, report preparation, and limited field work; prepare production documents with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; collaborate with project teams and perform quality checks prior to peer review.
