MEP engineering interns support commercial and public building design projects under the guidance of project architects, managers, and technical staff. Responsibilities include developing designs through sketches, physical and digital models, diagrams, and massing studies; assisting with day-to-day project work; and gaining exposure to leadership and client-focused engineering solutions. Candidates must be enrolled in an ABET-accredited mechanical or electrical engineering bachelor’s program and have familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Word, and Excel.

Lead regional growth for the North Carolina market, focusing on water-sector business development and client relationships. Develop and execute growth strategies, pursue new business, oversee regional performance, forecast revenue, monitor infrastructure trends, represent the firm at industry events, and support integrated Transportation and Architecture opportunities. Champion water and wastewater initiatives, coordinate technical teams, and lead proposals, presentations, and budgets.

Lead the planning, design, and production of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and institutional buildings. Manage project technical content from concept through construction, perform engineering calculations, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, prepare construction documents and specifications, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Use AutoCAD, Revit, energy modeling, and related analysis tools while supporting ongoing professional development.
