Maintains accurate, consistent data across Microsoft Dynamics and other company systems. Performs data entry, QA/QC audits, discrepancy resolution, duplicate record cleanup, data governance, documentation, and process improvement. Serves as the organization-wide contact for data entry needs and collaborates with multiple departments to establish standards, improve workflows, and support reliable reporting and operations.

Greet and assist callers, visitors, vendors, and staff; manage incoming calls and switchboard; maintain conference room schedules in Outlook; handle mail and shipments; keep visitor logs, distribution lists, supplies, and access control; troubleshoot phones/software and perform general administrative tasks.

Lead the planning, design, and production of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and institutional buildings. Manage project technical content from concept through construction, perform engineering calculations, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, prepare construction documents and specifications, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Use AutoCAD, Revit, energy modeling, and related analysis tools while supporting ongoing professional development.
