Lead municipal projects from planning through design and implementation, manage client relationships and business development, oversee design tasks and QA/QC, ensure projects meet schedule and budget, assist with funding procurement and RFPs, and supervise/mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

Provide administrative support to executives and business units including document drafting and control, meeting and travel coordination, billing/project admin (WBS, invoices), permitting assistance, expense reporting, reception coverage, and confidential handling of company and project information.

Coordinate permitting across multiple projects by researching jurisdiction processes and timelines, tracking permit progress, communicating impacts to clients and internal teams, and recording permitting data. Work with architects, engineers, and project leaders to align expectations and ensure permitting milestones are met.
