Supports daily logistics operations by managing third-party logistics providers, monitoring transportation, warehousing, and distribution, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency. The role coordinates with internal teams, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, prepares performance reports, maintains vendor documentation, resolves logistics issues, and develops risk mitigation strategies.

Lead end-to-end backend project execution, architecture, and technical decisions for highly concurrent, low-latency systems. Build scalable services using Ruby on Rails and Go, optimize PostgreSQL and Redis performance, maintain data consistency across microservices, and improve observability, testing, and CI/CD. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, and guide long-term architectural and organizational improvements.

Build and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines, cloud-native data platforms, data lakes, warehouses, and marts. Develop Spark, Kafka, Maxwell, dbt, and SQL solutions; optimize distributed processing and storage; implement data quality, observability, governance, automation, and CI/CD. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to deliver trusted datasets, semantic models, and dashboards.
