Oversee the full HR function, including employee lifecycle management, employee relations, recruitment support, benefits, leave and payroll processes, compliance reporting, performance management, learning initiatives, HR systems, and workforce planning. Advise employees, managers, and leadership on policies, employment law, investigations, accommodations, retention, and organizational development while maintaining accurate, confidential records and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Provides administrative support for property operations, including phones, visitors, files, work orders, rent collection, resident communications, scheduling, reporting, leasing assistance, inventory, and maintenance coordination. Supports a temporary 6–8 month lease-up assignment while following Fair Housing requirements and resolving resident concerns.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for property operations: answer phones, greet residents, manage files and work orders, collect and enter rent in Yardi, assist with applications and leases, coordinate maintenance requests, prepare reports, and support resident relations while adhering to Fair Housing laws.
