Oversee the full HR function, including employee lifecycle management, employee relations, recruitment support, benefits, leave and payroll processes, compliance reporting, performance management, learning initiatives, HR systems, and workforce planning. Advise employees, managers, and leadership on policies, employment law, investigations, accommodations, retention, and organizational development while maintaining accurate, confidential records and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Manages accounts receivable for resident accounts across multiple properties. Processes payments, subsidies, deposits, fees, credits, and ledger adjustments; reconciles accounts; researches and resolves discrepancies; maintains Yardi documentation; prepares reports; and collaborates with property management teams to address outstanding balances. Requires at least five years of accounts receivable experience, strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, accuracy, organization, and communication skills.

Coordinates supportive service programs across multiple residential communities, including case management, resident referrals, community partnerships, educational events, resident council development, volunteer programs, reporting, and resident training. Requires collaboration with property management, nonprofit agencies, governmental organizations, and oversight committees. The role involves up to 25% travel among assigned Pennsylvania properties.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for property operations: answer phones, greet residents, manage files and work orders, collect and enter rent in Yardi, assist with applications and leases, coordinate maintenance requests, prepare reports, and support resident relations while adhering to Fair Housing laws.

Ensures compliance across affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD, Public Housing, HOME, and RAD. Reviews move-in applications, conducts property audits, monitors certifications and recertifications in Yardi, submits regulatory reports, uploads tenant data, provides training, resolves compliance issues, and maintains relationships with agencies, investors, and internal stakeholders. Requires affordable housing compliance experience, relevant certifications, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and travel up to 25%.

Own the corporate monthly close, annual close, consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, internal controls, accounting policies, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, audit coordination, tax preparation, and regulatory filings across 80+ legal entities. Serve as a financial thought partner to executive leadership, provide analysis for strategic decisions, and build and lead an accounting team as the portfolio grows.
