Manage multiple affordable housing development projects from acquisition through construction and handover. Perform market research, financial modeling, due diligence, contract negotiation, permitting, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation while improving processes and supporting asset management.

Develop and implement supportive service programs for residents, provide case management and referrals, build community service provider networks, coordinate on-site educational events and volunteer programs, prepare reports and liaise with partners and agencies, and support resident councils and property management.

Manage multiple affordable housing development projects from acquisition and financing through entitlements, construction, close-out, and handover. Perform market research, valuation, and due diligence; prepare LOIs and reports; negotiate contracts and financing; coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders; and continuously improve development processes and systems.

Provide corporate legal administrative support: maintain corporate records, prepare filings/resolutions/minutes, manage regulatory and litigation tracking, assist with real estate closings and post-closing deliverables, standardize contracts, coordinate calendars and workflows, and support the General Counsel on process improvements and special projects.

Manage multiple affordable housing development projects end-to-end: acquisition analysis, financing, due diligence, contracts, entitlement, construction oversight, and handover to asset management while coordinating stakeholders and improving development operations.
