Perform market research, valuation, and due diligence; prepare LOIs and reports; negotiate contracts and financing; coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders; and continuously improve development processes and systems.

Provide corporate legal administrative support: maintain corporate records, prepare filings/resolutions/minutes, manage regulatory and litigation tracking, assist with real estate closings and post-closing deliverables, standardize contracts, coordinate calendars and workflows, and support the General Counsel on process improvements and special projects.
