Customer-facing account manager responsible for growing revenue from assigned vessel/customer portfolio. Plan account reviews, build pipelines, negotiate contracts, hand over closed deals to operations/finance, analyze competitors, and meet a turnover target above €2M annually.

Drive sales growth and new business in marine oil & gas accounts by developing and executing sales plans, generating RFQs, managing pipelines, conducting customer meetings and market research, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth handover of closed business to operations and finance.

Own the renewal cycle for existing maritime clients: monitor expiries in the CRM/ERP, convert reminders into RFQs, validate technical details, hand over clean tickets to Operations, follow up on quotes within 24 hours, negotiate within limits, chase purchase orders, and maintain accurate CRM account and vessel data to maximize renewal conversion.

Coordinate elevator modernization projects end-to-end: accept requests, plan logistics and shipments, manage service engineers and partners, process quotes and orders in SAP, prepare proposals and purchase orders, arrange international travel and visas, support vendor vetting/onboarding, maintain records and reports, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain full‑stack internal web applications and integrations (TypeScript/React frontends, Java/Node backends). Connect ERP/CRM/SAP and other data sources, develop AI Agent workflows, ensure performance/security, support MRM/SAP data tasks, troubleshoot and onboard internal users, document architectures, and contribute to platform initiatives and prototypes.
