A 12–18 month graduate programme (starting Jan 2027) with 2–3 rotations across orchards, post‑harvest, and business support. Gain hands‑on horticulture experience, mentoring, technical and commercial skills, and industry networking with pathway opportunities into horticulture careers.

Manage day-to-day orchard operations including tree care, seasonal maintenance, supervising and training team members, enforcing safety, adopting new tools/automation, and improving processes to ensure efficient, high-quality apple production.

Lead applied harvest research and laboratory operations to convert maturity data and trial results into practical harvest and post-harvest recommendations. Execute trials, collect and analyse fruit maturity data, support data systems and technology improvements, and provide technical support to orchard and post-harvest teams. Manage, coach, and develop the laboratory team to ensure scientific accuracy and timely technical outputs that inform evidence-based harvest decision making.
