Provides accounting support for MPD subsidiaries, including financial statement preparation, P&L analysis, inventory valuation, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities, tax functions, audit support, and internal controls. The role also supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card accounts, treasury management, and accounting process improvements while ensuring GAAP and company policy compliance.

Tests, troubleshoots, modifies, configures, and repairs electronic products for law-enforcement technology systems. Diagnoses component-level faults, interprets schematics, conducts engineering and experimental tests, and evaluates software, firmware, and hardware changes. The role supports manufacturing engineering, recommends design and process improvements, provides technical assistance, completes product documentation, and follows ESD and quality procedures.

Leads regional sales activities by prospecting, managing client relationships, presenting and demonstrating technical products, closing deals, expanding existing accounts, and developing territory strategies. Maintains CRM records, manages customer evaluations and demonstration equipment, monitors competitors, and supports customer training. The role requires extensive overnight travel, evening and weekend availability, technical B2B sales experience, and work with government and law enforcement agencies.

Design, implement, and optimize production processes for ceramic-to-metal and precision components. Lead process improvement projects, perform root cause analysis, create production documentation and first article inspection reports, analyze production data and cost standards, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality control and regulatory compliance, and communicate process changes with customers. Occasional travel for site visits.
