Drive regional sales of video and speed-enforcement solutions to law enforcement and government agencies by building relationships, prospecting, delivering demos/training, managing pipeline in Salesforce, maintaining demo equipment, and traveling extensively to execute territory strategy and close deals.

Sell and support communications, video, security, and access-control products. Schedule appointments, process orders and payments via POS, manage inventory and showroom, coordinate trade shows, use Motorola ordering sites, assist with sales bids, and provide sales reporting and customer service.

Lead and coordinate production across departments to meet schedules, quality, and safety targets. Manage, train, and hire staff; optimize processes, collaborate with engineering and quality, authorize equipment purchases, and report to operations leadership.
