Provide technical sales support for digital video, speed enforcement, and back-office products: design and present solutions, train customers, assist with demos/installations, create marketing/training content, and support engineering and technical support. Travel to customer sites and trade shows up to 25%.

Lead and coordinate production across departments to meet schedules, quality, and safety targets. Manage, train, and hire staff; optimize processes, collaborate with engineering and quality, authorize equipment purchases, and report to operations leadership.

Develop relationships with law enforcement, grow sales through proactive strategies and manage customer relationships using Salesforce. Extensive travel required.
