The Design Engineer researches, designs, develops, tests, and supports electrical equipment for law enforcement, focusing on embedded systems for radar and lidar technologies.

Design, implement, and optimize production processes for ceramic-to-metal and precision components. Lead process improvement projects, perform root cause analysis, create production documentation and first article inspection reports, analyze production data and cost standards, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality control and regulatory compliance, and communicate process changes with customers. Occasional travel for site visits.

Manage regional sales of video and speed enforcement solutions to law enforcement and government agencies. Build relationships, run demos and trainings, manage pipeline in Salesforce, recommend tailored solutions, maintain demo equipment, monitor competitors, and travel extensively to grow territory and hit performance targets.
