Leads regional sales activities by prospecting, managing client relationships, presenting and demonstrating technical products, closing deals, expanding existing accounts, and developing territory strategies. Maintains CRM records, manages customer evaluations and demonstration equipment, monitors competitors, and supports customer training. The role requires extensive overnight travel, evening and weekend availability, technical B2B sales experience, and work with government and law enforcement agencies.

Provides broad HR support covering recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding. Coordinates workplace safety programs, training, inspections, incident investigations, OSHA records, corrective actions, workers’ compensation claims, and environmental compliance activities. Serves as a liaison among employees, management, vendors, insurers, medical providers, and regulators while maintaining confidential records and ensuring compliance with employment, safety, hazardous materials, and environmental requirements.

Sell and grow adoption of speed and video enforcement solutions to law enforcement and government agencies across a region. Build relationships, manage pipeline in Salesforce, deliver demos and training, maintain demo equipment, travel extensively (~75%), create territory strategy, and provide market and competitive insights.
