Conduct payroll audits, reconcile payroll, review timekeeping exceptions, process wages, commissions, deductions, garnishments, corrections, and off-cycle payments. Apply California payroll requirements, support tax and year-end activities, maintain documentation and controls, protect confidential information, and resolve discrepancies accurately within strict deadlines.

Develop and execute B2B commercial sales strategies for restaurants, hotels, offices, and other clients. Prospect, cold call, build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate, close contracts, manage accounts, track activity, and maintain accurate reporting. The role also supports sales process development, mentoring future representatives, and potential leadership growth. Client meetings and face-to-face deal closing require travel.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls involving cancellations, service concerns, and account changes. Understand customer needs, recommend retention solutions, communicate service value, document interactions, coordinate with branch teams, and meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining professionalism during challenging conversations.

Conduct outbound calls to customer accounts, schedule inspections, respond to customer inquiries across phone, SMS, email, and voicemail, manage CRM tasks, support field experts, and maintain call-center service and occupancy performance standards.
