Own end-to-end execution, settlement, and reconciliation of whole loan sales, servicing releases, MSR and bulk transactions. Serve as primary counterparty contact, manage trade allocation, resolve exceptions, reconcile settlements, analyze pricing and funding variances, ensure contractual compliance, drive automation and process improvements, and mentor junior staff while escalating material risks.

Make outbound follow-up calls at 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year after loan closing to confirm satisfaction, perform mortgage checkups, document interactions in the CRM, identify re-engagement or referral opportunities, and support customer appreciation campaigns.

The HR Generalist will manage performance, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding, while providing support for HR processes and metrics analysis.

Analyzes mortgage operations workflows to identify bottlenecks, manual tasks, and opportunities for AI and automation. Documents current and future-state processes, translates operational challenges into requirements, supports solution design and implementation, develops reporting and dashboards, measures efficiency improvements, and coordinates multiple initiatives across business and technical stakeholders.

Serves as a marketing partner to loan officers by managing client relationships, developing personal branding and campaign materials, executing social, email, event, digital, and print marketing, advising on referral and database strategies, monitoring performance, producing reports, and improving workflows through technology and AI.

Supports internal, executive, and corporate communications through writing, editing, proofreading, newsletters, announcements, intranet content, campaigns, and event communications. Partners with leaders and departments to translate complex information into clear employee messaging, manage communication calendars and platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and support employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and organizational projects.

The Sales Representative will execute marketing projects, build client relationships, analyze marketing effectiveness, and organize promotional events for business development.

Sell personal lines insurance (home and auto) by generating new business, building referral relationships, maintaining carrier relationships, staying current on market and product knowledge, meeting production minimums, and providing professional customer service and administrative support.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives: manage complex calendars and communications, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential information, prepare expense reports, assist with budget tracking, and serve as liaison with internal and external partners to keep leadership aligned and operations running smoothly.

The Sales Manager develops relationships with referral sources, grows the branch, trains loan officers, meets with borrowers, and analyzes loan feasibility.
