The role requires a sales license, insurance sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, computer proficiency, and availability for extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to recruiting prospects; qualify loan officer candidates; schedule discovery appointments; prepare candidates for meetings; accurately track activities in the MORE CRM; and coordinate handoffs with Market Leaders. The role emphasizes proactive pipeline development, persistent follow-up, communication, organization, process adherence, coachability, and performance against recruiting targets.

Make outbound follow-up calls at 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year after loan closing to confirm satisfaction, perform mortgage checkups, document interactions in the CRM, identify re-engagement or referral opportunities, and support customer appreciation campaigns.

The Sales Representative will execute marketing projects, build client relationships, analyze marketing effectiveness, and organize promotional events for business development.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives: manage complex calendars and communications, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential information, prepare expense reports, assist with budget tracking, and serve as liaison with internal and external partners to keep leadership aligned and operations running smoothly.

The Sales Manager develops relationships with referral sources, grows the branch, trains loan officers, meets with borrowers, and analyzes loan feasibility.
