Leads mortgage product and investor offering development from concept through post-launch stabilization. Owns cross-functional project planning, operational and system onboarding, governance, risk management, testing, launch readiness, and continuous improvement. Coordinates Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders while ensuring products meet investor, regulatory, liquidity, and salability requirements. Presents initiatives to senior leadership and manages multiple concurrent projects.

Provide Tier 1 IT support across phone, chat, email, tickets, and in-person channels. Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, mobile devices, software, connectivity, and business applications. Administer Active Directory and Entra ID accounts, manage hardware assets, document incidents in Salesforce Service Cloud, meet SLAs, escalate issues, train users, maintain knowledge articles, and support IT rollouts and migrations.

Make outbound follow-up calls at 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year after loan closing to confirm satisfaction, perform mortgage checkups, document interactions in the CRM, identify re-engagement or referral opportunities, and support customer appreciation campaigns.
