Summer intern supporting the mortgage company’s Post Closing department. Responsibilities include completing meaningful operational work, handling heavy boxes, applying customer service and mortgage industry knowledge, attending leadership sessions, and working independently with attention to detail. The role requires at least two years of completed college coursework, strong communication skills, community or student involvement, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Generate new insurance business by maintaining production goals, building referral networks, cultivating relationships, understanding personal-lines products and underwriting, and maintaining positive carrier relationships. The role requires a sales license, insurance sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, computer proficiency, and availability for extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to recruiting prospects; qualify loan officer candidates; schedule discovery appointments; prepare candidates for meetings; accurately track activities in the MORE CRM; and coordinate handoffs with Market Leaders. The role emphasizes proactive pipeline development, persistent follow-up, communication, organization, process adherence, coachability, and performance against recruiting targets.
