Teams at Movement Mortgage

Own end-to-end execution, settlement, and reconciliation of whole loan sales, servicing releases, MSR and bulk transactions. Serve as primary counterparty contact, manage trade allocation, resolve exceptions, reconcile settlements, analyze pricing and funding variances, ensure contractual compliance, drive automation and process improvements, and mentor junior staff while escalating material risks.

Make outbound follow-up calls at 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year after loan closing to confirm satisfaction, perform mortgage checkups, document interactions in the CRM, identify re-engagement or referral opportunities, and support customer appreciation campaigns.

The HR Generalist will manage performance, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding, while providing support for HR processes and metrics analysis.
