Legal Intern supporting an in-house legal department through regulatory research, compliance documentation, global law tracking, commercial contract drafting, and risk-based guidance. The role involves analyzing extensive legal materials, preparing implementation plans, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and assisting with corporate governance, privacy, ESG, and other legal projects.

The Independent Channel Manager will grow remote sales, manage customer relationships, forecast performance, drive distribution strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve commercial targets.

Supports customer order fulfillment from order entry through delivery by processing SAP sales orders, resolving customer and sales issues, coordinating with brands, logistics, and distribution teams, and maintaining order data. The role also assists with inventory allocations, delivery creation, inbound and outbound tracking, quality checks, engraving preparation and troubleshooting, and other distribution center activities.
