The Independent Channel Manager will grow remote sales, manage customer relationships, forecast performance, drive distribution strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve commercial targets.

Lead product development for multiple watch/jewelry categories from concept to launch. Manage calendars, milestones, prototypes, costing, and cross-functional coordination. Oversee and develop direct reports, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and drive KPI improvements to ensure on-time, on-quality product introductions.

Provide sales administration and coordination support to Account Executives: compile and analyze SKU/door sales, maintain reports, manage orders and returns in SAP, handle product images/web forms, coordinate new account setup, assist with pricing, samples, marketing line sheets, and event logistics.
