Provides L2 production support for global digital commerce and transactional applications. Diagnoses incidents across applications, APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and security logs; restores services through configuration changes, job restarts, reprocessing, and data corrections. Develops scripts and automation, performs root-cause analysis, supports releases and operational readiness, maintains documentation, and coordinates with L1, L3 Engineering, SAP, security, vendors, and global stakeholders.

Create and evolve brand design across campaigns, digital, social, print, retail, packaging, and out-of-home channels. Develop concepts, mood boards, toolkits, and brand assets for watch and jewellery launches. Produce social-first content using graphic design, video, GIFs, motion, and AI tools. Support photoshoot concepting and art direction, collaborate with creative and commercial teams, research trends, present ideas, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Owns forecasting, performance reporting, commercial analysis, demand planning, assortment recommendations, markdown analytics, and inventory productivity for the India business. The role develops dashboards and KPIs, analyzes SKU-level forecasts and product performance, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends actions. It partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and regional teams while improving planning processes, data quality, automation, and fact-based decision-making.
