Provide sterile instrumentation and supplies to surgeons during procedures, maintain aseptic surgical field, assist with patient preparation and perioperative duties, and follow facility policies and supervision of the surgery team leader.

Provide front-desk patient registration and scheduling for outpatient testing/procedures. Collect and accurately enter patient information, handle phone calls and payments, distribute information to departments, maintain records and compliance (PCI), and meet accuracy and attendance metrics.

Performs timely, safe, and accurate ultrasound scans and invasive procedures for diagnostic, therapeutic, and operative purposes. Provides imaging across modalities including breast and OBGYN; echocardiology experience is a plus. Works in a hospital setting providing patient-centered care.

Provide single-point navigation for oncology patients: coordinate appointments and multidisciplinary care, triage calls, educate patients on diagnoses and resources, assist with access to clinical/supportive services, and maintain relationships with referring providers and care teams.

Assist providers in creating and maintaining patient medical records by reviewing and abstracting clinical data into electronic health records, registries, and abstraction software. Coordinate with providers and staff, collect and analyze quality measure data, ensure accurate documentation for reporting, and demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency with data abstraction tools.

Prepare and dispense IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and other sterile compounds; manage pharmacy inventory and automated dispensing devices; maintain sterile areas per USP <797> and <800>; order and reconcile supplies; support pharmacists, physicians, and nursing staff; perform documentation and departmental operational tasks.

Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic exams using portable and fixed equipment, ensures patient safety and radiation protection, assists radiologists with procedures and contrast administration, documents results, maintains supplies and records, and provides patient/customer communication and age-specific care.

Collect, process, and prioritize laboratory specimens; perform phlebotomy, EKGs, IV starts, CLIA-waived testing, and therapeutic procedures; enter and scan results into the EMR; provide patient and provider customer service; maintain quality control, supply management, and mentor new staff.

Performs safe, timely, and accurate invasive procedures and diagnostic/therapeutic ultrasound scans. Responsible for patient imaging across modalities, with competency in breast and OBGYN scanning desired; echocardiography experience a plus. Requires ARDMS or ARRT(S) registration and CPR certification.

Oversee compliance and policy projects across departments: define scope, schedule, policies and committees; develop deliverables from initiation through deployment; coordinate with Compliance, Informatics, Clinical, Quality, Safety and Operations; manage policy turnover to systems and user support.

Verify that office visits and procedures meet insurers' medical necessity requirements and obtain pre-authorizations. Coordinate with referring offices, vendors, and coworkers to gather documentation, submit preauthorization and retro-authorization requests, and follow up to secure approvals.

Perform radiographic procedures using a variety of equipment, organize daily department activities, assist radiologists, maintain filing and paperwork, and communicate effectively to support patient care.

Manage daily operations of an assigned clinic department, overseeing staffing, budgeting, patient billing systems, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, staff development, safety, and provider relations. Serve as primary contact for complaints, coordinate inspections, support marketing efforts, and provide technical and operational backup to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Perform and manage CT exams, produce high-quality diagnostic images, administer IV contrast, start IVs, screen patients, troubleshoot equipment, maintain documentation, ensure patient safety and confidentiality, complete mandatory competencies, and collaborate with staff and radiologists.

Oversees hospital disaster preparedness and response, develops policies and response plans, coordinates with government and community partners, runs drills, manages emergency supplies, and leads disaster event response. As part of Quality Assurance, analyzes performance data, prepares QA reports, supports process improvement, conducts environmental tours, chairs the Emergency Preparedness Committee, and provides staff training and compliance oversight.

Collect, process, and prioritize routine and specialty lab specimens; perform phlebotomy, therapeutic phlebotomies, IV starts, EKGs and CLIA-waived testing; enter and scan results into the EMR; provide excellent patient and provider customer service; maintain quality control and lab supplies; orient new staff and follow hospital/lab procedures.

Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures using fixed and portable equipment, assess image quality, ensure radiation safety, assist radiologists with contrast administration, document patient information, perform departmental support tasks (stocking, reception, on-call duties), and demonstrate age-specific competency from neonate to geriatric patients.

Coordinate utilization management activities to ensure medical necessity and appropriateness of hospital admissions and stays. Monitor adherence to utilization review plans, support utilization management program goals, and help improve effective use of hospital services.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on electronic and paper insurance claims for hospital services. Verify eligibility, review coding and documentation for compliance, post payments and adjustments, appeal denied claims, and communicate with insurers, patients, and clinical/coding staff to resolve billing issues.
