Supervise physician insurance contracting operations, including provider credentialing, recredentialing, payer applications, TIN management, contract maintenance, and resolution of contracting issues with payers, providers, clinics, and billing teams.

Assists dermatology physicians with clinical and clerical patient care, including rooming patients, taking vitals and histories, blood draws, injections, routine testing, referrals, prior authorizations, medical records, billing support, patient check-in/out, payments, instrument cleaning, stocking, and telephone service.

Supports the Education Department by coordinating employee onboarding, scheduling training classes, maintaining education and Learning Management System records, verifying employee documentation, assisting customers, and facilitating American Heart Association BLS classes. The role also helps ensure required employee education records are accurate and up to date across Mountain View Hospital and Idaho Falls Community Hospital.
