Manage and operate the resort snowmaking system, including troubleshooting and maintaining fan guns, controls, electrical, pipelines, and high-pressure systems; train and supervise the snowmaking team; relocate equipment as needed; ensure OSHA compliance, inspect equipment, track hours and warranties, and coordinate with mountain operations.

Operate on-hill snowmaking equipment and systems to produce machine-made snow, monitor weather and wet-bulb temperatures, maintain air and water flow rates, perform equipment maintenance and safety checks, follow Lockout/Tagout and PPE protocols, communicate issues to supervisors, and support seasonal snow production and terrain preservation.
