The role includes hazard assessment, equipment inspection and maintenance, debris cleanup, coordination with mountain operations crews and equipment operators, and strict adherence to safety procedures while working outdoors in challenging conditions.

Manages daily Ski Patrol and National Ski Patrol operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, certifications, budgeting, safety compliance, incident documentation, patient transfers, rescue readiness, and mountain facility preparation.
