Lead and supervise on-hill snowmaking crews, operate automated and manual snowmaking systems, interpret weather/wet-bulb data, maintain equipment and infrastructure, enforce safety, train staff, coordinate with mountain departments, and assist with seasonal planning and emergency response.

Operate on-hill snowmaking equipment and systems to produce machine-made snow, monitor weather and wet-bulb temperatures, maintain air and water flow rates, perform equipment maintenance and safety checks, follow Lockout/Tagout and PPE protocols, communicate issues to supervisors, and support seasonal snow production and terrain preservation.

Assist in managing ski patrol operations, oversee staff training and performance, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety compliance. Conduct inspections and liaise with management.
