Manage all Spider Mountain Bike Park operations including lift and trail maintenance, retail, F&B, rentals, and bike shop. Supervise employees, maintain inventories, follow lift maintenance protocols, and handle guest complaints while exemplifying company values.

Lead grooming team to maintain safe, well-prepared ski slopes and trails. Operate and maintain grooming machinery, assist with snowmaking and events, perform equipment checks, ensure OSHA compliance, work flexible night shifts in harsh weather, and support snow removal and team safety.

Lead and manage the Avalanche Program and Snow Safety team, perform daily avalanche risk assessment and forecasting, organize mitigation and rescue procedures, maintain weather monitoring and records, manage explosives and safety budget, train patrol staff in rescue techniques, coordinate terrain closures and SAR protocols, and collaborate with departments to ensure guest and employee safety.
