Manage all Spider Mountain Bike Park operations including lift and trail maintenance, retail, F&B, rentals, and bike shop. Supervise employees, maintain inventories, follow lift maintenance protocols, and handle guest complaints while exemplifying company values.

Operate and maintain on-hill snowmaking systems independently, including fan guns, hydrants, pumps, and automated controls. Monitor weather metrics to make production decisions, perform routine repairs, lead setup/teardown, operate snowmobiles/UTVs, mentor junior crew, follow safety/Lockout-Tagout procedures, and complete required logs and timekeeping.

Lead on-hill snowmaking operations and crew during assigned shifts, making independent production decisions, operating SmartSnow and snowmaking equipment, performing inspections and maintenance, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with grooming/lift/terrain teams, training junior snowmakers, and managing vehicle and equipment use to maintain consistent, efficient snow production in changing weather and high-altitude night conditions.
