Operate snowcats and snowmobiles to groom and maintain ski slopes and trails, prepare courses for resort events, perform basic equipment checks and maintenance, remove snow from access areas, and work safely during overnight shifts and severe weather. Collaborate with resort teams to communicate conditions and support guest safety and experience.

Patrol ski areas to identify hazards and distressed guests, provide first aid and emergency care, conduct search-and-rescue operations, maintain safety signage, support lift safety, and monitor weather and snow conditions. The role requires strong skiing or snowboarding ability, physical fitness, and readiness to work in challenging weather while performing rescue, avalanche mitigation, and emergency transportation duties.

Leads ski slope and trail grooming operations, operating snowcats and snowmobiles to prepare and maintain terrain. Assists with snowmaking, snow removal, resort events, equipment checks, minor repairs, safety training, and team coordination. The role requires work in harsh weather and primarily swing or night shifts, with emphasis on guest safety, OSHA compliance, employee morale, and maintaining an enjoyable skiing experience.
