Coordinates pre-visit patient preparation by reviewing registrations, clinical checklists, medical records, consents, and legal decision-making documentation. Contacts patients, guardians, referral sources, and agencies to obtain missing information; updates EHR systems, manages work queues, schedules or reschedules appointments, confirms pharmacy details, and coordinates interpreting services. Supports patient outreach, wellness visits, process improvement, staff training, community events, and other pre-access functions.

Provides psychiatric nursing care through walk-in encounters, telephone triage, EHR message management, crisis response, patient education, medication refill review, care coordination, referrals, and long-acting injectable administration. Collaborates with psychiatry providers, population health teams, pharmacies, hospitals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of behavioral health services. Supports nurse-led protocols, quality improvement, compliance, pre-visit planning, and clinical staff training.

Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound exams (including level II targeted anatomy and 3-D gynecologic scans), assess image quality, prepare preliminary reports, assist with invasive ultrasound-guided procedures, maintain equipment quality control, support billing/coding and accreditation activities, and provide teaching to trainees. Ensure patient safety, privacy, and collaborate with care teams.

Provide clinical leadership for Project CARA, guiding care delivery, workflows, education, and quality improvement for perinatal substance use services while partnering with operational teams, community partners, and statewide collaborators to expand and sustain integrated care models.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Pharmacy Department, focusing on accounts payable and invoice entry, faculty clinic scheduling, procurement and budget reconciliation, record keeping, reporting, vendor coordination, onboarding support, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.

Investigate and document incident reports for patient safety and risk issues, collaborate with clinical and quality teams, report incidents to insurers, prepare incident reports, perform audits and assessments, assist with training and committee participation, and help maintain confidential risk management and legal records.

Teach and coach providers on clinical documentation, coding accuracy, and compliance. Conduct audits, deliver trainings, provide one-on-one coding support in clinical settings, design coder education programs, review medical records for correct ICD/CPT/HCPCS coding, and collaborate with auditors and external consultants to improve documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide comprehensive school nursing services including assessment, care plans, staff training, emergency planning, immunization compliance, health education, screenings, and coordination with parents and community providers. Maintain records, complete reports, participate in committees and emergency preparedness, and support public health responses.

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, employer branding, workforce planning, compliance, and data-driven hiring outcomes. Partner with stakeholders, represent the organization externally, and continuously improve recruitment operations and candidate experience.
