On-site GME leader for the Boone and Linville region managing residency/fellowship program operations, supervising coordinators, ensuring ACGME compliance, administering New Innovations, supporting resident/fellow development and wellness, leading recruitment and program expansion, and building partner relationships.

Coordinate day-to-day operations of residency and fellowship programs, ensuring ACGME compliance, managing scheduling and evaluations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, organizing didactics and simulation activities, handling budgets/procurement and reimbursements, and preparing for site visits across Boone, Linville, and occasional travel to Asheville.

Manage daily patient and payer billing: post payments and remits, resolve denied claims and collections, maintain AR and collection KPIs, process refunds and online payments, respond to billing and coding inquiries, ensure HIPAA compliance, and use Allscripts and Microsoft Office tools to maximize reimbursement.
