Collects, counts, and reconciles slot, poker, and table game drops; operates cash and coin counting equipment; completes worksheets and reports; follows cash-handling procedures and internal controls; reports discrepancies to Income Audit; works shifts in a 24-hour casino environment and attends required meetings.

Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the COO and General Manager of a hotel/casino, manage correspondence and calendars, schedule meetings, prepare reports and minutes, maintain confidential files, process purchase requisitions, order supplies, assist with projects and guest relations.

Greet and assist guests, handle and tag luggage, provide property and room information, maintain excellent guest relations, follow policies and safety standards, and perform related duties including standing, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and shift flexibility.

Clean and sanitize plates, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils and equipment; operate dishwashing machines; clean kitchen equipment and work areas; monitor chemical and water temperatures; empty trash and maintain recycling; lift and move supplies; report hazards; coordinate with other departments and assist with assigned duties. May work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Operate surveillance computer equipment to monitor casino monetary operations, cages, count room, and property areas; ensure gaming regulation compliance; report incidents; safeguard assets; assist Surveillance Shift Manager and work with Security. Must obtain and maintain PA Gaming Control Board license and work nights/weekends as required.

Greet and assist casino guests and Rewards Club members, enroll patrons, apply approved comps, use ACSC player tracking, support promotions/events, train new hires, and maintain regulatory and service standards.

Supervises uniform room operations including ordering, par stock maintenance, alterations, issuance, retrievals, inventory control, staff direction, vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget administration while ensuring compliance with casino policies and PA Gaming Commission licensing.
