Teams at Mount Airy Casino Resort

Responsible for issuing, processing, inspecting, counting and storing linens and housekeeping supplies. Prepares linens for laundering, receives finished linens, reports damages and inventory discrepancies, assists Housekeeping, completes reports, participates in inspections, and adheres to safety, regulatory and company policies.

Greet and assist casino guests and Rewards Club members, enroll patrons, apply approved comps, use ACSC player tracking, support promotions/events, train new hires, and maintain regulatory and service standards.

Clean and sanitize plates, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils and equipment; operate dishwashing machines; clean kitchen equipment and work areas; monitor chemical and water temperatures; empty trash and maintain recycling; lift and move supplies; report hazards; coordinate with other departments and assist with assigned duties. May work nights, weekends, and holidays.
