Create, schedule, publish, and analyze social-first content across major platforms for Emirates Woman. The role involves adapting editorial stories into captions, Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos; managing the content calendar; collaborating with editorial, fashion, beauty, commercial, and video teams; capturing event and shoot content; monitoring trends and performance; and supporting branded campaigns.

Manage client influencer marketing campaigns from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate internal teams, analyze campaign performance, provide insights, identify upselling opportunities, and support creator recruitment and retention. Maintain campaign, financial, and communication records while delivering strong client and talent relationships. The role also involves new business development, lead qualification, revenue growth, and occasional attendance at events or meetings.

Research, write, edit, fact-check, and publish news, features, guides, reviews, and lifestyle stories across digital, social, and print platforms. Generate story ideas, optimize content for SEO, create short-form social videos, cover events and launches, manage contributors and deadlines, produce branded content, and use audience analytics to improve performance.

Lead strategic direction and commercial growth for Dubai Lynx and Athar, driving sponsorship, delegate sales and new revenue streams; oversee awards programmes, event delivery, budgets, partner relationships and a multidisciplinary team across the MENA region.
