Sales & Client Support Executive

Motivate Media Group is on the lookout for a Sales & Client Support Executive to join Vamp, our dynamic influencer marketing platform.

 Vamp is an influencer marketing platform that offers a streamlined workflow for brands and creators to connect seamlessly and effortlessly. Our technology makes collaboration simple with integrated tools to plan, manage and deliver multi-channel influencer campaigns that reach new audiences, build brand awareness, create engagement and drive conversion. Our expert team provides consulting, management and media services that support brands in delivering best in class results in influencer marketing and social.

Key Responsibilities

Briefs, Strategy & Proposals:

● Translate client briefs and meeting discussions into clear strategic responses and compelling proposals.

● Develop proposal structure, creative concepts, campaign ideas and strategic recommendations.

● Recommend relevant creator profiles and help shape indicative campaign pricing for leadership review.

● Own the proposal-building process from initial brief through to a near-final response.

New Business & Prospecting:

● Research brands, categories and market opportunities to identify high-potential leads.

● Build prospect lists, account research, outreach messaging and sequences for the commercial team.

● Support approved cold outreach and automation through agreed email and LinkedIn workflows using the commercial team’s profiles and identities.

● Prepare meeting research, talking points and follow-up materials so the commercial team can spend more time selling and building relationships.

Creative & Commercial Marketing:

● Support the development of pitch decks, case studies, credentials and other sales collateral.

● Bring strong knowledge of creator and social trends into proposals and new business thinking.

● Help turn Vamp’s work, insights and capabilities into clear stories that resonate with prospective clients.

AI & Automation:

● Use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude as a core part of day-to-day research, ideation, proposal creation and prospecting.

● Continuously identify ways AI and automation can improve the speed, quality and consistency of our commercial workflows.

● Apply strong judgement to AI-generated work, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant and aligned with Vamp’s standards.

Who You Are:

● Experience in creative strategy, influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing or a related agency environment.

● Strong ability to interpret a brief and turn it into a clear strategy, creative idea and persuasive proposal.

● Excellent written communication, storytelling, research and presentation skills.

● Strong understanding of creators, social platforms and digital culture.

● Commercially minded and comfortable working with budgets and indicative pricing.

● Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude and able to demonstrate how AI improves your workflow.

● Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.

● GCC or MENA market experience is an advantage.
