Operate cutting machines (saws, drills, CNC) to cut and shape aluminum parts per blueprints; select tools, measure and inspect parts to tolerance, follow safety and 5S, lift and team-lift materials, collaborate with engineers and teammates, and work assigned 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thu).

Operate spray equipment and perform silk screening to apply exterior coatings to high-density foam automotive ramps. Prepare materials, inspect finished products for defects, assemble components, pack orders, operate material handling and small power tools, and follow safety and housekeeping procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
