The HR Administrator will support HR processes, provide solutions-focused advice, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, and assist in people initiatives.

Manage end-to-end billing operations including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, credit notes and refunds. Support account renewals and contract checks, handle credit-control inboxes and customer inquiries, progress sales leads to account creation, and maintain accurate records across CRM, billing systems and spreadsheets.

Own a high-volume outbound sales desk to prospect, cold call, and close SMB accounts across the U.S. Manage the full sales cycle, build your own pipeline, meet daily call/email KPIs across time zones, and use sales tools to hit monthly and quarterly targets in a remote, team-oriented environment.
