Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to enquiries, resolve requests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate with colleagues, and uphold Motel One service standards.

Manage and coordinate Front Office operations to ensure guest and staff wellbeing. Oversee check-ins, bookings and overbookings, produce duty rosters, monitor accommodation revenue and costs, maintain quality management, and train and develop front office staff.

Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks, and beverages; provide fast, friendly bar service; manage cash and POS transactions; monitor inventory and order supplies; maintain cleanliness and safety standards; upsell products and meet sales targets; collaborate with colleagues across shifts and departments to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Perform telemarketing and follow-up calls, expand and maintain client lists, support Sales Manager with arrivals, assist in planning sales activities and events, and collaborate across departments to learn hotel sales operations.

Rotate through all hotel operational departments over 12–18 months, contribute to daily operations, lead small projects, support and observe managers, receive mentoring and training, and prepare for promotion to a leadership role upon program completion.
