Acquire and manage corporate hotel clients through phone sales, negotiations, contract closing, networking, events, and hotel tours. Analyze customer performance, reports, and competitor activity; identify new business opportunities; and build long-term partnerships. Support the hotel’s launch strategy in the London market while contributing creativity, local insight, and cross-department collaboration within a multicultural team.

Provides breakfast and bar service, prepares and maintains the buffet, supports Lounge operations, advises guests, promotes products, assists with ordering and inventory, and helps establish service standards. The role emphasizes warm hosting, efficient service, teamwork, flexibility, quality, and collaboration across hotel departments in a multicultural environment.

Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to enquiries, resolve requests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate with colleagues, and uphold Motel One service standards.
