Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to enquiries, resolve requests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate with colleagues, and uphold Motel One service standards.

Participate in a 12–18 month rotational Management Trainee program across three hotels, gaining hands-on experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B. Support daily operations, identify improvements, lead small projects, receive mentoring and training, and prepare for promotion to a hotel leadership role.
