Owns the Oracle Fusion CX opportunity-management architecture and roadmap for Moss’s Energy division. Designs integrated workflows spanning customer engagement, estimating, bidding, forecasting, project execution, and finance. Leads internal and field communications for Moss’s Energy business unit, serving distributed field, project, remote, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include developing recurring and leader communications, managing editorial calendars, supporting change and issues communications, equipping leaders with communication tools, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, gathering employee feedback, measuring engagement, and producing quarterly scorecards. The role also builds relationships across project teams, recognizes accomplishments, and uses AI and emerging tools to improve communication quality and efficiency.

Develops and publishes internal and external communications for Moss Energy, including project stories, employee updates, leader materials, media content, presentations, and campaigns. Interviews project teams and subject-matter experts, translates technical information into accessible storytelling, maintains editorial calendars and content libraries, supports communications measurement, and travels regularly to project sites to capture interviews, photography, and short-form video.

Owns the target-state architecture, roadmap, process transformation, configuration, integration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM, SCM, and CX. Leads design workshops, governance, testing, data conversion, go-live, reporting, and partner delivery. Partners with construction, supply chain, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders to connect pursuit, procurement, project execution, cost control, and closeout processes.

Supports change management for Energy Business Optimization initiatives through stakeholder mapping, impact and readiness assessments, adoption data analysis, communications and training materials, sustainment planning, documentation, and milestone tracking. The role assists with meetings and workshops, identifies change risks and resistance, and applies foundational methodologies such as ADKAR under senior guidance. Requires collaboration across teams and occasional travel to project sites.

Leads Moss’s internal communications function across shared services, developing enterprise communication strategies, partnering with HR and Safety, and managing change communications. Creates announcements, executive messaging, presentations, and communication toolkits while overseeing internal events, employee engagement, metrics, and AI-enabled workflow improvements. Manages and coaches communications staff and ensures consistent, timely, and culturally aligned messaging across the organization.

Provides administrative support to AI and Data teams by managing calendars and meetings, arranging travel, processing invoices, coordinating vendors, preparing documents, handling expenses, organizing shared resources, and supporting team communication and special projects. The role reports to the Data Director and offers growth toward executive assistance or AI and data-related work.

Leads a pursuits marketing team supporting strategic proposals and project pursuits across multiple business units. Develops pursuit plans, manages deliverables, edits and proofs proposal content, oversees presentations and print production, maintains marketing materials and databases, and ensures brand and quality standards. Collaborates with executives, business development, operations, communications partners, consultants, and regional offices. Provides team leadership, process improvement, award strategy development, and case study collection while supporting deadlines and occasional travel.

Manages daily accounts receivable activities, including owner billing, cash application, collections support, account reconciliation, aging reports, and month-end close support. Resolves billing discrepancies and unapplied cash, collaborates with project teams and Controllers, supports audits, maintains documentation and internal controls, and recommends process improvements. The role requires accounts receivable or related accounting experience, ERP cash application knowledge, strong Excel skills, and careful attention to detail.

Leads Moss' external communications function, including public relations, media relations, issues and crisis communications, social media, web content, and corporate messaging. Manages PR agency relationships, media inquiries, content development, communications analytics, and team members. Develops and executes strategies to strengthen brand reputation, coordinates cross-functional messaging, oversees digital channels, and uses AI and machine learning tools to improve communications workflows and content quality.

Leads Moss’s Creative team and owns enterprise brand strategy, visual identity, design quality, and creative standards. Oversees integrated B2B marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, creative intake, vendor relationships, proposals, events, and multi-channel assets. Manages team capacity and development while partnering with marketing, communications, events, and senior stakeholders. Drives adoption of AI and emerging creative tools to improve output while maintaining brand consistency.

Supports employees and leaders across the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS, leaves, employee relations, performance management, compensation processes, and engagement initiatives. Serves as the first HR contact, advises managers on workplace matters, supports accommodations and investigations, partners with HRBPs and Legal, contributes to recruiting projects, and helps implement talent and change-management strategies.

Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing for enterprise and custom applications. Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases from business requirements; review requirements for testability; document and validate defects; maintain testing evidence and status reporting; support automated testing; and collaborate with business, PMO, implementation, QA, and project teams across Agile and Waterfall initiatives.

Performs general ledger reconciliations, prepares journal entries, supports monthly and year-end close, processes invoices, analyzes financial accounts, and maintains accounting documentation. The role also reconciles vendor statements, deposits, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, receivables, accruals, reserves, and credit card transactions. It conducts accounting research, resolves discrepancies, supports financial reporting, develops SOPs, and provides ad hoc analysis across the Energy Division.

Oversee property, liability, workers’ compensation, and other insurance claims across construction operations. Manage investigations, adjusters, brokers, insurers, attorneys, coverage disputes, subrogation, reporting, claim databases, and emergency response. Lead claims personnel, develop procedures and training, provide risk-management guidance, monitor legislation and case law, and maintain relationships with external partners.

Responsible for project accounting including contract review for financial/risk compliance, invoice and subcontractor billing review, job-cost reconciliations, month-end close support, payroll timesheet processing, accounts receivable collection assistance, and maintaining compliance logs and insurance/subcontractor documentation. Communicates profitability or risk to management and supports project managers with accounting and forecasting.

The Oracle Technology Architect will design and implement integration solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and on-premise systems, ensuring data synchronization and process automation.

Support the Dallas Business Unit by executing strategy, marketing, and communications initiatives. Conduct market and competitive research, prepare presentations and reports, manage cross-functional projects, develop project plans and timelines, craft internal communications and narratives, and identify process improvements to align business priorities and enable growth.

Lead end-to-end proposal development and presentation production: manage RFx responses, write and edit persuasive content, design graphics, oversee production and vendors, coach presenters, and collaborate with pursuit leadership and stakeholders to win projects.
