Support the Dallas Business Unit by executing strategy, marketing, and communications initiatives. Conduct market and competitive research, prepare presentations and reports, manage cross-functional projects, develop project plans and timelines, craft internal communications and narratives, and identify process improvements to align business priorities and enable growth.

Responsible for project accounting including contract review for financial/risk compliance, invoice and subcontractor billing review, job-cost reconciliations, month-end close support, payroll timesheet processing, accounts receivable collection assistance, and maintaining compliance logs and insurance/subcontractor documentation. Communicates profitability or risk to management and supports project managers with accounting and forecasting.

Field-facing role supporting Inflation Reduction Act Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance at construction sites. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, reinforce job classification mapping, collect and maintain certified payroll and apprenticeship records, support audits and reporting, monitor compliance indicators, and escalate issues. Requires frequent travel to project locations and strong organizational and communication skills.
