Support contract lifecycle for purchase orders, subcontracts, and engineering agreements: prepare, review, track, execute, maintain files, coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Procurement, PM), and assist with closeouts and contract exhibits.

The Safety Manager will lead EHS functions at a battery energy storage site, ensuring compliance with safety programs and regulations, conducting audits, and promoting safe practices.

Field-facing role supporting Inflation Reduction Act Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance at construction sites. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, reinforce job classification mapping, collect and maintain certified payroll and apprenticeship records, support audits and reporting, monitor compliance indicators, and escalate issues. Requires frequent travel to project locations and strong organizational and communication skills.
