Field-facing role supporting Inflation Reduction Act Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance at construction sites. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, reinforce job classification mapping, collect and maintain certified payroll and apprenticeship records, support audits and reporting, monitor compliance indicators, and escalate issues. Requires frequent travel to project locations and strong organizational and communication skills.

The Oracle Technology Architect will design and implement integration solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and on-premise systems, ensuring data synchronization and process automation.

Support construction project teams by collecting, reviewing, tracking, and submitting certified payroll, Section 3, MWBE/SBE, and other compliance documentation for HUD and publicly funded projects. Maintain records, prepare compliance reports, liaise with contractors and funding agencies, assist vendor onboarding, and support audits and monitoring visits to ensure adherence to labor and funding requirements.
