Supports administrative, clerical, technology, informatics, human resources, marketing, analytics, population health, and legal activities across the healthcare system. Duties may include maintaining records, preparing reports and presentations, managing data, supporting Cerner-to-Epic conversion, deploying hardware, assisting recruitment events, conducting research, creating communications content, and coordinating meetings. Travel between system facilities and off-site locations may be required.

Intern supports administrative, technology, informatics, talent, population health, legal, marketing, and analytics activities. Duties may include clerical work, data entry, meeting support, hardware deployment, system conversion support, research, report preparation, recruitment events, legal research, content creation, and population health scorecard development. Travel between system facilities and off-site locations may be required.

Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises education programs for nursing and other clinical personnel. Coordinates orientations, competency plans, continuing education, blended training, electronic curricula, and competency validation tools. Assesses learning needs, supports clinical practice changes, participates in performance improvement and regulatory activities, and collaborates with leadership across facilities. Requires travel between system locations and applies adult education, evidence-based practice, data interpretation, and nursing expertise.
