Manage new vehicle sales and internet sales operations, including inventory, pricing, lead follow-up, CRM usage, appointment conversion, and sales performance. Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants while enforcing dealership processes, monitoring customer engagement, coordinating with Finance, Service, and Parts, and supporting regulatory compliance. Success is measured through sales volume, profitability, inventory turn, lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Oversee all pre-owned operations including inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, merchandising, reconditioning, and digital retail presentation. Drive turn and profitability through data-driven decisions, collaborate with Sales, F&I, Service and Marketing, minimize aged inventory, and ensure fast recon times and excellent customer experience.
