Serve as the first customer contact in a fast-paced dealership, build and maintain customer relationships, present products and services, track market and competitor pricing, follow up to resolve customer needs, and support store sales growth. Participate in training and pursue advancement opportunities.

Oversee all pre-owned operations including inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, merchandising, reconditioning, and digital retail presentation. Drive turn and profitability through data-driven decisions, collaborate with Sales, F&I, Service and Marketing, minimize aged inventory, and ensure fast recon times and excellent customer experience.
