The Operations Manager will oversee customer onboarding, support daily operations, improve processes, manage compliance, and drive operational initiatives.

Support legal, regulatory, compliance, and contract management functions. Track licensing requirements and renewals, maintain documentation and contract records, assist with compliance training, coordinate with internal and external partners, identify risks, and support special legal and operational projects to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Lead and improve Morty’s core operational workflows, diagnose bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution. Build scalable processes, tracking systems, and decision-support frameworks to increase efficiency, speed, and customer experience while owning mission-critical operational priorities.
