Verifies terms against investor, insurer, and company requirements; resolves discrepancies; tracks deadlines; communicates with asset managers and agents; maintains audit-ready files; scans, indexes, uploads, and routes deed documents. Supports operational document review and related business needs.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting preparation, executive correspondence, documentation, and confidential communications. Tracks strategic initiatives, deadlines, dependencies, and action items while providing status updates and follow-through. Requires advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong organization, discretion, communication, and flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours.

Manage Deed in Lieu title files from referral through clearance, document preparation, Title Package submission, and final reporting. Review title commitments and identify liens, taxes, HOA issues, judgments, vesting concerns, and other exceptions. Coordinate vendors, attorneys, clients, borrowers, and title partners to resolve curative requirements, payoffs, releases, and documentation issues. Track milestones, aging files, reporting, quality control, compliance, file notes, and client communications while meeting production and turnaround standards.

Examines primarily residential property titles by researching public records, analyzing ownership and legal restrictions, resolving documentation discrepancies, verifying legal descriptions, and preparing title commitments and accuracy reports.
