Coordinate and facilitate Remote Online Notary and eClosing transactions from preparation through completion. Communicate with clients, signers, lenders, internal staff, and vendors to ensure timely closings. Provide platform guidance and first-line technical support, including login, audio/video pre-checks, and device assistance. Maintain client relationships, address platform and signer needs, and follow company and platform standards during recorded transactions.

Examines primarily residential property titles by researching public records, analyzing ownership and legal restrictions, verifying property descriptions, resolving documentation issues, and preparing initial title commitments. Reviews reports for accuracy, summarizes recorded documents, and may provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines. The role requires California title examination experience involving refinance and resale transactions, strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and proficient typing.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting preparation, executive correspondence, documentation, and confidential communications. Tracks strategic initiatives, deadlines, dependencies, and action items while providing status updates and follow-through. Requires advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong organization, discretion, communication, and flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours.
